This might be a bit of a tricky translation despite the simplicity. :P

The "achichi," is a pun (I think,) between "Ah, milk!" and "Ah, ow ow." I think the milk is probably hot (there's a Japanese term, "cat's tongue" for someone can't eat/drink hot things.)
