^nope, that's an actual gundam. its from a side-story of Gundam Wing. Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-UNIT. there are two gundams in it to start with, the Geminass 01 and 02. equipped with a 'PX System' which acts like 00's Trans-AM, minus the GN particles, but is powered by pilot adrenaline instead. the Geminass 01 and 02 eventually get upgraded.
the 01 gets remodeled into Gundam L.O. Booster, the high-mobility transformable gundam shown in this pic... and the 02 into Gundam Aesculapius, a close-combat type that kinda looks like an oversized purple Z'Gok in close combat mode.
later on, a third gundam with the PX system is made from scratch, the Griepe. its like G-UNIT's version of the Wing Zero, really. a Beam Lancer, a Buster Mega particle Cannon, and a Hyper Mega Particle Launcher, its lethal at most ranges, especially considering it has the PX System like its Geminass predecessors.
