Her foot isn't backwards. If you're talking about the leg near the bottom of the picture that's sapphire's leg. If you're talking about the part to the right of raspberyl that's sapphire's hand. I checked on my ps3 as you can zoom in. Look closely enough and you can see the arm leading to it.

actually, they probably mean her left foot, the one floating slightly above water... because it LOOKS like her big toe is on the outside of her left foot. which, anatomically, is backwards.
