While this is genderswap, it's also closer to being canon than you might think, since this character can still equip this actual outfit in the game (which is drawn with earrings and the tiara and is basically a flowing-water robe-dress thing and is ridiculously girly).
The prince of Sumaltria can also wear the purple "mink coat".
...and these are the two best armors in the game for the character.
