^ Tech skills are for the early game anyway. One you equip him with the Genji Glove and Master's Scroll (Offering) relics you'd best stand back and let the master do his work.

Master's Scroll is better off on other characters, and Genji Glove doesn't help Cyan much since Bushido/SwdTech doesn't factor in weapon power for some bizarre reason. Cyan also kinda needs a shield to help his shoddy defenses. Best way to pump up his damage is to give him a Hyper Wrist and a Gigas Glove, and ensure he gets as many levels as possible with a +2 Strength Esper equipped.
