Big? Doesn't make sense until I remembered condom sizes. They come in: (at least here)

The reason is really simple. Size small was near impossible to sell. Somehow some men have an easier time buying "big" rather than "small" even if the actual size is the same. I bet it's this kind of big size she is talking about ^_^

This is probably referring to the man's penis size and, like so many other idiots, wrongly assumes that everyone of the same country or race has the same penis size.
That's not even taking into consideration that the stereotype of Asian men having really small penises is based on a massive over-exaggeration of the average penis size difference between white men and asian men which is actually less than half an inch and thus not a big deal combined with Asian societies not making the ridiculously big deal about penis sizes Western societies do.
