Definitely a 240 from the early 70's, the first editions. You can figure out by the thin chrome bumpers, the mirrors at sides of the hood and the watanabes, the later S30's didn't came with them, the 280 has a different front end with wider black rubber bumps and it's kinda different overall, the 260 the same as 240 but body little bit more longer and less details on the exterior, with same chrome bumpers but with two rubbered "hooks" at the front, and different taillights, etc. In all honesty the 3 models are practically the same from outside, what really changed was the L engine's specs and general settings, plus other stuff.
