ROBOT!?!!? WTF!! That is NOT a robot. CASTs are NOT robots! They're androids! erm... anyway, yeah, that "robot" there in the background is Ogi and he is from Phantasy Star Zero. The girl there is a HUmarl, one of the playable job types from Phantasy Star Zero.

Also, to add to anon's comment above, Ogi appears to have a thing for boobs in the story. Just throwing that out there.
