This is Poison Ivy from Batman comics and such. Her plants were often carnivorous. Not to mention biological genetic hybrids most of the time. So probably some animal DNA in there some where that would make it sprout chompers as you see here.

Actually I think he's talking about the teeth in her mouth, not the plant. She has shark teeth instead of human teeth. Probably intended as a mutation as well, just the first I've seen someone give her a set of chops like that.
