Very likely that she is Aphrodite and her lover is Ares. Her son Eros is the cherubic figure trying to block the door, and the figures peeking in are other Olympian gods. Judging from her helmet, the figure on the right is is Athena, and the scandalized-looking woman in back is probably Artemis, if the arrows behind her shoulder are an indication. Both virgin goddesses to whom sex would be a curiosity and a scandal. The male voyeur is less obvious, but if I had to guess I would venture Aphrodite's husband Hephaestus, since he appears to be crying, or Zeus, since he is just generally lustful and wouldn't mind a little voyeurism, or even some 3-way action.
