dont blame Rito, it's the fault of the author. Hasemi Saki took the stereotype of the cowardly male lead in harem manga and supercharged it, turning Rito into such a puss that he makes Tenchi and the loser from Girls Saurus look like jiraiya

Speaking of Tenchi, did anyone else here hear the basic concept of this manga and think that it would be a cool Tenchi-esque story with action, adventure, comedy, and wacky harem hijinks, and was sorely disappointed when it only had the last one?
