The jellyboob monster is a rather unique organism. It prefers to latch onto a woman's bare chest, whether it be flat or much like this woman's here, and act as breasts for them. However, in doing so, it also slowly saps away its host's energy before killing them all together. They don't live long enough to do so unless supplies with a good stream of breast milk, of which they drain daily to sustain themselves.
