Sure it does. That's hiragana, so it can be easily romanized by just using a conversion table. It spells out as "sanchuu".
Additionally, we usually try to use the actual Pixiv username of the artist, rather than their display name. They can easily change their display name, but they need to register another account to change the username. The username appears in the url, like this:

In this case, hy59204 would be the artist tag.
You can take those two possible artist tags, sanchuu and hy59204, and look them up on Danbooru's artist wiki to find out which one is the correct tag to use. We generally mirror Danbooru's tag policy when it comes to artists.
