It might be that he has had so much sex or indeed in this weird world all men have had so much sex that it is no longer a true form of pleasure for the men, more of being just another tiring task .....like cleaning the yard or washing dishes.

Why is sex something MOST men cant get enough of? Because they havnt gotten enough of it, and odds are they never will.
Its just like being in a relationship with a nympho, IRL. At first you're overjoyed that she wants your dick every day, sometimes multiple-times per day. But after awhile, it just becomes routine. And routine becomes boring. And when its boring, its not something you particularly look forward to doing.

Why is sex something MOST men cant get enough of? Because they havnt gotten enough of it, and odds are they never will.
Its just like being in a relationship with a nympho, IRL. At first you're overjoyed that she wants your dick every day, sometimes multiple-times per day. But after awhile, it just becomes routine. And routine becomes boring. And when its boring, its not something you particularly look forward to doing.

I can see where you're coming from, but I kinda disagree to an extent. The holstaurus is actually one of the more negotiable of the monsters in the setting. She'll respect your wishes if you don't want to have sex. And since this pic shows us that they haven't mated in months(or at least one month according to this pic), probably the best course of action to do would be to plan out what dates would be appropriate, therefore the man can still enjoy sex without making it into a tiresome routine. It just requires understanding, compromise, and planning.
Personally, it looks more like neglect than being tired. But that's just me.
