This is not Cammy White. The pic has been incorrect ID'd as her for years... Cammy has blue eyes, and this girl lacks scars. Either the artist messed up badly, which I doubt, or its somebody else.

It is in fact Miu Furinji, The look and the eye colors match and the artist never messed up Cammy before, so I'm changing the tags

Miu has light blue eyes, not violet, the same as Cammy and as Spunks said has a beauty mark under her left eye. So either the artist messed up drawing Miu or this is neither of them.

Miu's eyes were purple in the anime so he didn't mess them up. He just went with the anime color scheme over the manga.
