yeah, right. if there were a version of her both both arms, no exposed internal organs, and with skin over her muscle I would LOVE THIS. gray-skinned, Frankenstein Monster/Demon Girl. The scars on her breast and face arent a turnoff, but thats not really Guro. Open wounds are definitely Guro.
