Does anybody know how to run the game this comes from(see Source)? I tried to play it, but I got an error that said "Startup Failed" and that was it.

This isn't some BS where it can only run on a computer set to Japanese or some shit like that, is it? If it helps any, my computer runs on Windows Vista.

Hang on, nevermind that comment; turns out you have to rename the actual game file's name to make it work.
