I wouldn't consider this loli...there's no indication of her age whatsoever. Heck, I don't even think she's drawn to look like a loli. If all we have for her being a loli is subjective opinion, the tag shouldn't exist imo.

Actually, loli is a body type. You can have an age 30 character who is still a loli. In this case, I don't think it's a loli, and it was a good idea to remove the tag.

ださないで is literally "don't emit". Here referring of course to the injection of eggs into her. Might be best translated just as "Stop it!" unless you can find a sexy way to explain what she wants it to stop in a short, sharp sentence.

入らないから is essentially, "I'm already full!"
