From left to right: Darth Vader, Dengar a.k.a. Payback, IG-88, Boba Fett, Bossk, & 4-LOM. This looks like the scene when Vader was hiring bounty hunters from across the galaxy in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, aboard the Death Star, to find the Millennium Falcon.
