very loose translations, from right-to-left (as it is read):
Neo-samurai-looking guy I don't know: "I eat onigiri!"
Girl from Monster Hunter: "I eat a hunk of meat!"
Link: "I eat fairies!"

These are ways these characters restore their health. The joke is that Link's form of healing is the most shocking and disturbing, hence why his fairy bottle is mosaic'd.

But that would be inaccurate, since in Monster Hunter you eat meat to recover stamina, not health...
