Well, all ya old comments, I just read about KND for two hours instead of studying for my exam tomorrow, so lemme drop some info on you that you probably don't care about cuz these comments are old as fuck:
The actual last episode of KND is Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W., which has actual actors, in real life, portraying adult versions of numbers 2-5, and they explain their last battle with Father and the Delightful Children from Down the Lane, and how Number 1 got picked to become part of the Galactic KND. Number 1 is presumed to have stayed a kid, since the Galactic KND is a bunch of aliens who have stayed kids forever, but obviously the rest of Sector V grew up (though it's theorized that they were never decommissioned).
Also, Number 1's hair was removed in a way that it could never grow back by the DCFDTL, but they never explain exactly what happened.
So no cancer.
