@Anon2, this image is showcasing a Safari Zone encounter, where no moves are used. On the flip side though, this image makes no sense as Pokemon only "dodged" Poke Balls in Gen1, where shiny Pokemon did not exist.

Yeah, I hate the Safari Zone. It happened to me in HeartGold when I found a shiny Riolu. It ran off, the first shiny I ever found by myself that wasn't a free one, or trade, or event. It was a sad moment for me.

For me Shinys haven't fleed, but I killed an tentacool, and lost an grimer and a rattata in an pal-park error >_<
