Actually, aside from the hair, you CAN make a character like this in just the plain vanilla game. Just make a blonde, blue eyed female and get some ancient nord armor. There ya go.

1. She's not Aela, Aela's a redhead.
2. This can be easily achieved with all the cosmetic mods out there (even the hair as far as I remember), just get Skyrim for the PC.
