In the song opening, Legilis has normal gundam eyes, but in this one it has vegan eyes, can the head have different eye modes or somthing?

Actually the next gundam is more like the Nu Gundam/00 Quanta Gundam known as the Gundam Age FX which Kio will pilot. In terms of the Legilis I believe it can change it's eye models from the normal Vagan line to normal eyes. Don't quote me on that though.

Yes, Legilis can switch between the Vagan goggle line and the usual Gundam eyes.
