you guys have no idea what your talking about, the piece is called "gold scale mail breast plate" as for design, its the artists rendering of what he/she imagines it would be.

To update, looks like: Mahogany Cape, Frame Plate, Superior Cuisses, Black Eyeglasses... can't figure out the gloves though. Weapons already listed.
