wile i DO really appreciate the effort...when artists go for big boobs, wide hips and thick thighs all at the same time, all it dose is make her head look really tiny.

No, her head is just tiny. Personally I'm fine with it the way it is, though having a more appropriately-sized head would make it even better in my humble opinion.
