Her abilities are if my japanese doesn't betray me:
+1: Exile 2 target lands. At the beginning of the end step return them to the battlefield under their owners control.
-1: Any opponent may have Tenshi Hinanawi deal 4 damage to target creature or player. If no one does, draw two cards. (Not sure if this is correct, because this way multiple opponents may let her deal damage wich results in a very unreasonable amount of damage for a -1 ability)
-X:Tenshi Hinanawi deals X damage to each player and each creature without flying. If X is equal to 6 or greater, each opponent sacrifices X lands.
