You seem to not get it in the game, but in the CG mode with Ryona-content enabled(in the options), the scenes with it will open. Without it being enabled, you won't get such a CG, as well as you won't get some EXTREME game over CGs.

Yes, you are not able to get it in the game. It is a bonus in the CG mode. The maximum of what you get as a game over CG is Iris with her butt naked(ryona-content must be enabled)

You need a certain number of coins (30 or 40 I think) in order to get it. Once you have the right number, getting any Mimic game over screen should also unlock this bonus.
