I thought she was a reincarnation of Zenon, so the mother thing doesn't seem possible. Unless this was just an early idea they had. Either way, i do like this design.

That could be possible if Zenon was reincarnate to Rozalin's mother before she transfer her soul into Rozalin when Rozalin was inside of her mother's womb, I guess.

Rozalin's mother was a member of the Snow Clan like Fubuki. She was never Zenon. It's more likely that Zenon reincarnated when she was impregnated ( that would mean her father was in the Snow Clan aswell) or during early development.

Anon 1 Typically to be reincarnated you must be born again. So yeah Rozalin is Zenon. Zenon's soul was the one who took presence in the new baby. It seems even Zenon hated herself and wanted a redo.
