The Suikoden series is the biggest example of why is it that while Japan is incredible at creating opportunities, its even more incredible at wasting them.

Honest to God, many years have passed and I still can't believe they didn't make a Suikoden anime.

And now, Konami even abandoned the series, with those Suikoden in other world without runes and tactical battles.
