This game was both awesome and a disappointment. In the old days (before that Japanese committee ruled that no underage characters would be allowed in ero games) we could find 15-16 year old girls in most games. The 15-16 year old age was even stated in the old "3sisters" game.
Anyway what was interesting in "yume miru kusuri" was that the characters and the game itself was making fun of these laws as well as many other taboos.
The protagonist and his parents constantly break the 4th wall and when first introduced, it is clear as Crystal that Aya couldn't be more than 13-14 years old.
Then the next day, the protagonist tells his sister to behave more like an adult and how it is problematic that she has no tits. He says the players will never believe she is eighteen years old... (this being his own age in the game) oh and ... they aren't related by blood! (which if you read between the lines is complete bullshit.)
Is there an Aya route you wonder? The answer is no.
Aya is just there to piss players off and make fun of the stupid decency laws and how ridiculous it is when underage characters are ALL 18 years old and if there is incest more often then not it isn't "real incest".
The game takes another swing at the industry later when the protagonist talks with his homosexual boss Hirofumi Tsubaki. A big fan of h-games that have tentacle rape in them the manager continues to make passes on the protagonist and even mentions "secret routes" and "secret characters" in ero games. (breaking the fourth wall again.)
Again hinting at that there might be some unlockable secret in the game all these hints and all this teasing is pretty interesting and makes the game fun, but it is a really big let down that there really isn't any secrets to unlock.
No "gay scenario" Tsubaki and no "incest/loli" scenario with Aya.

You mean to say that Aya IS his blood sister?
I would believe you about it being satire... but it comes up multiple times in the game. And sometimes in complete seriousness.
