The way this picture captures Lisara is amazing!

Firstoff, this work actually gets her proportions right, particularly her average bust size, which was a pretty important topic in the story. And the level of detail in general is just brilliant. The lighting makes sense, and the sweat dripping down her body was well-done.

Her timid expression in contrast with the fact she's on top of Ryosuke (presumably, given the title of this image on the author's account is だけど僕は、Hができた。, which basically has the opposite meaning of the anime's given title) just seems perfectly in-character. As usual, she's slow to admit to him directly that she loves him, but at the same time doesn't want to appear weak to him.

Not sure if serious or trolling. My explanation was not specifically about why the picture is hot. It was about why the picture is really really high quality and well thought out.
