I suspect it's "-shopped", but I'm not sure enough to tag it. She was stripped of her top in the anime once, but only her back was visible (of course).

Technically it was twice. The 2nd time was near/at the end of the series and she got beaten up *can't remember all details* But Rin finds her and Seshoumaru picks her up and takes her with them, her top's completely ripped off and like this.
