Except she doesn't look like a loli, since she's actually kneeling down. As Anonymous >> #1143333 stated, if you keep in mind that she isn't standing, and that she is kneeling in a position with her thighs actually at an angle, when you take into account that she has a full set of legs attached there, it becomes pretty clear that if she stood up she would be at around the same height as the other character. This is also very consistent with their official representation in the series, where their official heights have only one centimeter of difference.

Since she looks like she's about the same height as the other depicted character, doesn't look like a loli.

Do not add the tag back to the image.

There are examples of lolis having pubic hair, since it isn't based on age and a girl counts as loli as long as their (clothed) appearance is that of a child, but it certainly does not help the case in situations like this.
