Going to go out of my way here just to say: NOT confirmed by source. On multiple occasions, the artist simply referred to the character in the back as "hermaphrodite" (i.e. futanari) without direct mention of the character's gender. Simply "hermaphrodite". Tags on the image also don't specify either way if it's shota or not.
Tags on image are as follows: R-18, futa, "jaca" (puberty/deflowering), groping from behind, cum, "loss of virginity", "niso" (kneehighs), rape, and pubic hair.
