^ It's actually really easy to do this. All you have to do is reach behind you, unhook the clasp, and slide it off however you want.
A lot of girls do this at sleepovers when changing into pajamas, since wearing a bra to bed is uncomfortable, but they don't want to go topless in front of their friends while they change.
