usually i'm not a stupid person but this happened to me too once.
when i realized i was naked i just acted like nothign was wrong and slowly got me clothes on.it happened when i just got up.

Episode 9, toward the end of the episode when he returns to her house. Why she was naked in the first place... probably was getting in the bath.
