considering how useless electroball is as a whole and especially considering that this thing did once have thundershocks that could destroy houses
but they really do make things look good these days, even though, since the beauty contest episodes, they all seem a little off...
you know, everything is a form of energy now, the metaphoric hearts of an attract attack are now true hearts of energy that affect other pokemon. its not the fact that they act 'attracting' in an animalistic sense, but because they just manipulate their psyche (even though they dont have any other comparable mental manipulation abilities -.-)
