I don't think her face is as appropriate as it could be. Imagine the feeling of something squirming and wriggling out while your body is alternating between trying to force it along and clenching against it every time it makes a sudden movement. The constant writhing inside, the innumerable legs clawing around to help shimmy it out, the shifting girth as it inches further towards freedom.... Her head should be thrown back in agony at the very least.

Agony? If anything is in agony, it should be the grub. Can you imagine how hot her insides would feel to grub, in fact, it would be feeling pretty cooked I should say!
