anon 140 is right blades up, with a katana atleast from what i know is the blade edge is incredible sharp but the back is dull thus why they whipe the blood of via the way she's doing except using a cloth instead of arm

But yes, the back of the blade is indeed dull, as it's flat.
It can't cut, but you can still hurt someone with it. X)

No Revixy, like any blade, a katana is also wiped. They had a special cloth for that. You can swing your katana as much you like, you'll never get all the blood off, and like any blade, placing it in the sheat like that will fuck it up.

Also, the swing is movie "magic". Like all "lies" it has a grain of truth but like i said, blood sticks. Even water doesn't get removed.

Next time you cut a chicken that is really fresh go to the bathroom and swing the knife. You'll see what happens.
