I had this idea for a fanfic where he gets captured by Orochimaru who knowing how the Uzumaki are related to the Senju, decides to experiment on Menma with Uchiha DNA in order to get a rinnegan host. Said torturous experiments go on for a while w/o anyone coming to help, making him bitter and vengeful like Jason Todd.
