In Diend's defense, he probably doesn't like being stabbed by his friend (Decade), watch Kamen Rider OOOs get murdered in front of him, having to kill a buttload of monsters, be attacked repeatedly by Gokai Blue, and (most importantly) having to give up his treasure (Momotaros' pudding) to get a ride on Den-O.
I can kinda see why he'd want to kill some people by the end of all that. :-P
