Nope - it's just a fan rendition. It's pretty obvious to tell that a lot of these are just fan made (although most make sense)

It's interesting to see that Minato isn't carrying Death, though. It's true that he also carries The World (or the Universe, I can't remember), but he carries Death before both The Fool and The World/Universe. Either way, we need another game with Raidou and the Hitoshura.
