Well it could either be incorrect tagging, or it's the penis rubbing hard against the armpit. But for the specific tag [Double Penetration] boggles, unless the second could be behind her, fucking her in the ass (anal sex). If not, it might be the penis she's hand jobbing which could be a for of penetration.
