I've got the perfect workout! It's a lot of cardiovascular endurance. You won't be able to walk for a while afterwards... After warm-ups, a good stretch, and shaking ourselves loose, 100 jump squats, 10k run, 150 burpees, 10k run again, and then a 5k walk to cool off! Breaks are for the weak!
