THE TRAP TAG ISN'T BEING NUKED
The tag "trap" is only to be used on images where you can literally be trapped into believing that a male character is female from the thumbnail. A clearly visible penis makes it pretty easy to tell from the thumbnail that a character is male, so we're simply removing the tag from images it does not apply to.
If you're looking for boys dressed like girls, try "crossdressing".
