Only Megatron hated his organic half and in extension Rhinox due to corruption/reprogramming and whatnot. But Megs only had a problem with it in BM probably because it was a constant reminder of all his failures and losses during the Beast Wars. And his need for a single guiding intelligence led by him was probably due to the incompetence and betrayals he has had to endure.

I love her TFA design, but the Beast Wars character was much better! She was a badass who could hold her own and didn't need to be saved every single time she tried to do anything.
