Ehh... In some way, yes. In other ways, no. I prefer her being with Oga than Hilda being with Oga. Not sure why. Aoi strikes me as a better love interest, but Hilda is a much more rounded and entertains character.

Hilda doesn't get really serious when she is fighting with Aoi. She has some skill like Geass eye which enables her to slow down time and read her opponents moves so Hilda is still superior.
