@krystalfoxlover, I don't know. While he has created some well done, strange, and ... interesting (for lack of better terms)pieces, and doesn't always keep a consistent art style I don't think this is him. The reason I say this is because of something that is in the second part of this image. I truthfully don't ever remember him ever doing something that involved turning people into food or meat types of stuff. Although then again I could be wrong and be forgetting some things that he has done. Also for those who don't know the artist 774 is also called "nanashi"
