I think it's Tokiko here who is to be pity. Keine seems to be aware of Mokou, but don't want to say about it to Tokiko, who is in child's love for Rinnosuke.

Really? Because it seems to me that Mokou cheats Keine's husband/Tokiko's father here. Here are Tokiko, Rinnosuke and Keine a family i think.
